
Challenge -- New Hire Training
A diversified international copy and mailing systems manufacturing needed a consistent training vehicle for newly hired account executives. For many, this would be the first or second job immediately after college. The challenge was to create a dynamic program that would hold the attention of the 20-30 year old new hires.
Solution -- Multi-purpose Presentation:
Nareka created an online dynamic training program with animation and audio designed to keep the 20-30 year old engaged in the program. Working closely with the client's subject matter experts we designed a graphically fun program and successfully delivered content on how to “sell” leasing to prospective customers of high end electronic mailing and copy machines.
