Initiative Rollout Training
High exposure worker's compensation claims were becoming a problem for an insurer's bottom line. Established procedures were not effective for handling these high exposure claims. A new process had to be developed and taught to claim handlers.
Solution --
Interactive Training:
Once the procedure was successfully tested in a field office we traveled there to observed it in action. The procedure was reviewed, target users were interviewed and we developed a script for the video. Actors were hired and scenarios shot. The videos were edited, encoded and programmed into the interactive presentation. The program was designed to be deployed via the client’s intranet and DVD.
