Continuing Education Recertification
A leader in emergency dispatch training for municipalities across the country required a cost effective way to recertify students after a two year period. The initial instructor-led course was effective for certification but became cost prohibitive for clients when it came time to recertify employees. Recertification had to be thorough since the service they provided affected the lives of individuals.

Recertification Training:
After attending one of their instructor-led certification classes, Nareka worked with the client's subject matter experts to design an interactive training program for dispatch recertification. In addition to creating visual interpretations of the subject matter, we developed a program that restricted the learner to a designed path of instruction. The content would now be delivered in a consistent manner. Accountability and measurement became an integral part of the project as the learner had to log in to take it and take an interactive test at the end of the course. Once a suitable score was achieved the learner was allowed to proceed to a screen that provided his/her score and certification code. The code would then be transmitted and the learner and the municipality would receive a certificate of successful course completion.
